NVE Career Opportunities
We believe in doing important work. We believe in doing work that makes an
impact today and accelerates our opportunities for the future. We do this by creating
new capabilities where a concept is conceived, yet it is not yet physically achievable.
We focus on developing enabling technologies for high-value market opportunities,
where our core technological advantages of small size, high-sensitivity, and low
power consumption furnish new innovations for our own customers. We thereby enable
our customers to do important work as well, and we learn from their success to
create a chain reaction of continual improvement. We continue to develop innovative
products, invest in R&D, and expand our capabilities.
If you enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic environment where achievement is fostered and
encouraged, NVE can provide you a once-in-a-career opportunity to learn new skills,
hone your talents, and earn higher responsibilities.
NVE is a leader in the practical commercialization of spintronics for magnetic
sensors, magnetoresistive, random-access memory, and magnetoresistive isolation
technology. The company won a 2015 Frost & Sullivan Technology Leadership
Award for Spintronic Magnetic Sensors, was one of Forbes
Best Small Companies in America for 2022 for the fifth time, and was named
the Best Technology Company to Work for in Eden Prairie by Zippia in 2019.
NVE offers a comprehensive benefit package including medical insurance, HSA with $3,600/year/family company contribution, dental insurance, prescription drug coverage, fully-paid life and long-term disability insurance, 401(k) program with a 100% company match up to 3% of salary, and paid family/medical leave.
We also provide free coffee because were driven by spintronics, talent, and caffeine.
